DISNEY STAR KYLE MASSEY CHARGED WITH FELONY INVOLVING MINOR
Kyle Massey is now facing a felony for allegedly sending explicit pictures and videos to a 13-year-old girl. Massey claimed he was being extorted after being sued for the alleged sexual misconduct in 2019.
The âThatâs So Ravenâ star is accused of sending several explicit text messages, pics and videos via Snapchat to a 13-year-old girl, allegedly including shots of his junk. According to legal docs obtained by âTMZ,â Massey has been charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.
Apparently, the civil suit for $1-point-five-million didnât go anywhere because the girlâs lawyers didnât think Massey even had the money. So, she filed a report with the Sheriffâs Office instead, and her mom gave the police a thumb drive containing the explicit material. After an investigation, Masseyâs arraignment was set for MondayâĻ but he didnât show.

KEVIN FEDERLINE WANTS 'THE BEST' FOR EX BRITNEY SPEARS
Itâs been a week since Britney Spears spoke out against her conservatorship, and a lawyer for Britâs ex Kevin Federline is sharing his clientâs thoughts following the emotional testimony.Â
"The best thing would be for their mom to be healthy and happy. And if either of those things aren't true, it doesn't provide for the best setting for custody to be exercised," lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells "People," referring to the former coupleâs sons 15-year-old Sean Preston, and 14-year-old Jayden James. "[Kevin] certainly respects Britney and only hopes the best for her because when the best for her is achieved, it's the best for their kids." He adds, "The kids love their mother and he wants there to be a healthy and strong relationship."
Regarding Britneyâs testimony, Kaplan notes, "Britney has not been served well by the conservatorship and it's not consistent with what she wants," adding, "I think that she should be able to challenge that. And if it's what's best for her, Kevin supports it."
