LOLLAPALOOZA DUMPED DABABY HOURS BEFORE HIS SCHEDULED HEADLINING PERFORMANCE

DaBaby is still dealing with all the fall-out from his homophobic rant last week and his failed attempts to "explain" what he meant. Yesterday, Lollapalooza dumped DaBaby, who was scheduled to headline last night. It's unclear when they made the call but it wasn't announced until about 12 hours before he was supposed to take the stage.

The festival released a statement saying, quote, "Lollapalooza was founded on diversity, inclusivity, respect, and love. With that in mind, DaBaby will no longer be performing."

Young Thug took his place. DaBaby hasn't commented.

CUBA GOODING JR. ORDERED TO PAY $6M CIVIL RAPE CASE

Cuba Gooding Jr. is finding out what ignoring a lawsuit cost. A woman identified as Jane Doe sued him last August and since he didn’t respond, she’s about to get paid.

According to Manhattan US District Judge Paul Crotty, since the Oscar winner “completely failed to engage with this case,” the woman got a default ruling. She asked for $6 million. Unless he addresses the issue to argue for lesser compensation for the victim by September 7th, that’s what he’ll have to give her.

Meanwhile, Cuba is also facing a criminal case in New York where he’s accused of groping and squeezing three women on separate occasions at three different Manhattan locations in 2018 and 2019. He’s pleaded not guilty in that case.

LAMAR ODOM SUED FOR $400K IN CHILD SUPPORT

Lamar Odom has been ordered to pay almost $400 thousand in back child support after he allegedly stopped paying Liza Morales for their two kids.

Liza says that the former baller hasn’t supported their now-grown children per their original 2015 agreement since June 2020. In her lawsuit, she said he was behind on child support, college costs and tuition, and rent for the Lower Manhattan apartment where she lives with 23-year-old Destiny and 19-year-old Lamar Jr. There’s now an eviction case against her.

At a court hearing last month, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper granted Liza’s request for a default judgment against Lamar since he hadn’t appeared in the case to defend himself against the claims.
