Britney Spears Pregnant!

It seems Britney Spears has finally got her wish. In a post on Instagram she announced that she’s pregnant. 

“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … I thought “Geez … what happened to my stomach ???,’” she writes. “My husband said “No you’re food pregnant silly 🤪 !!!” So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby 👶🏼 …”

She adds, “4 days later I got a little more food pregnant 🤰🏼🙈🙈🙈 It’s growing !!! If 2 are in there … I might just loose it 😬😬😬😬😬😬 …”

Britney then explained we wouldn’t be seeing her out much because she didn’t want paps to get a photo of her. She also opened up about her concerns.

“It’s hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression … I have to say it is absolutely horrible 😔,” adding, “… women didn’t talk about it back then … some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her … but now women talk about it everyday … thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret.”

This will be Britney’s third child, and her first with fiancé (or husband as she calls him), Sam Asghari. She also has two sons, 15-year-old Jayden and 16-year-old Sean, with ex-husband Kevin Federline. 

Sam later took to social media to address the annoucement, sharing, “Marriage and kids are a natural part of a strong relationship filled with love and respect,” adding, “Fatherhood is something i have always looked forward to and i don’t take lightly. It is the most important job i will ever do.”

Jury Is Seated In Depp/Heard Trial, Opening Arguments Begin Today

After what’s being described as a "brisk seating" of the jury, Johnny Depp’s $50-million defamation trial against Amber Heard is scheduled to begin with opening arguments set for today. Both Depp and Heard were in the courtroom today for the selection.

In all, 11 jurors were selected for the trial; seven members will deliberate, with four members selected as alternates after closing arguments are heard. Judge Penney Azcarate told the selected jurors to take notes, because testimony transcripts will not be allowed to be read back during the deliberations.

The trial is expected to last six weeks, running Monday through Thursday, and including a break from May 9th - 12th.

Kanye West Reportedly On 'Baecation' With Chaney Jones

Kanye West and Chaney Jones allegedly took a “baecation” to Utah. The two supposedly went to Amangirl hotel in Utah. The noted Kardashian favorite is a spa and wellness resort that aims to promote “mindfulness.” He was supposed to be getting ready for Coachella, but he pulled out last week.

Ye’s latest Kim Kardashian lookalike shared a video to her IG Stories over the weekend of their journey into the idyllic getaway. She later gave a glimpse of her horseback riding, with his song “Ghost Town” serving as the social media soundtrack.
